Oregon quarterback Dylan Raiola completed 22 of 31 passes for 336 yards and three touchdowns as the Ducks beat No. 20 Northwestern 34-26 on Saturday in Eugene. Raiola started in place of Dante Moore, who was ruled out for the season. The Ducks improved to 5-3 overall and 3-2 in Big Ten play.

Northwestern, now 6-2 and 3-2 in conference play, jumped to a 10-0 lead in the first quarter. Aidan Chiles went 22 of 38 for 281 yards and a touchdown. He added 93 rushing yards and a touchdown late in the second quarter, his 10th score of the season. The Wildcats led 20-13 at halftime after Raiola connected with Dakorien Moore on a 10-yard touchdown pass with 49 seconds left in the half.

Oregon running back Jordon Davison left the game with an injury in the first half. Freshman Brandon Smith carried the load from there, rushing for 82 yards. Raiola hit Moore for a 75-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, and Moore finished with 128 yards and two scores. Raiola also threw a 17-yard touchdown to Jamari Johnson.

Smith put Oregon ahead for the first time at 27-23 on a 2-yard run on fourth-and-goal in the fourth quarter. Moore's second touchdown later in the quarter provided the final margin.

Oregon visits No. 2 Ohio State next Saturday. Northwestern hosts Iowa next Saturday.

Moore's second touchdown in the fourth quarter was the final scoring play of the game.
